ATM (ATM plus video)

Visisys ATM enables banks and financial institutions to better manage their ATM network and integrate it with biometric recognition and intelligent video.

With Visisys ATM technology all events in an ATM transaction—such as, withdrawals and deposits, card insertion and return, door opening and shutting—are integrated with the video system that is programmed to recognize fraudulent behavior patterns   The system is also connected to external sensors that provide in real time any extraordinary event –such as, vibration or high temperature-- caused by a break-in attempt or catastrophic occurrence. Facial recognition of customers, employees and security personnel can be easily added as an option depending on management policy, state and local regulations

Banks and financial institutions can monitor and control their CCTV or IP based network from single or multiple locations. Optionally, data archiving and central station monitoring can be outsourced to Visisys. In either case, the system operates 24/7 and is eminently searchable by date, time, transaction amount, debit or credit card ID or by showing all transactions from, as an example: ATM #2345 from 8:00-8-15 AM.

When an abnormal event occurs, Visisys ATM stores and processes data and instantly passes alarm video frames to first response security, management and enforcement as specified by pre-defined management parameters. Operators can view areas near the ATM machine, cash control zone and mapping of ATM network in a system.
