Visisys created the V-Robot to house its facial recognition and detection capabilities in a mobile, portable, voice interactive unit. Built modularly to protect the integrity of its many complex systems, V-Robot can be assembled in minutes and immediately begin communicating by voice or signal. It also communicates with fellow V-Robots and shares data-- in effect it actually teaches For example, if the situation calls for knowledge of Mandarin Chinese, once it is "learned " by one V-Robot , it is known by all within its sphere.

Developments in photonics, sensors, remote control and tracking devices have made possible a guidance system technology that allows V-Robot to move safely and rapidly. Once it is introduced to an indoor environment, it can respond efficiently to sensors, voice or remote control electronic commands. It can also follow any predetermined routine or schedule. In outdoor settings, V-Robot can be guided by the most sophisticated GPS navigational systems or any number of remote devices.
