The wagon number, truck, and container recogntion (ZeltaID) is developed for terminals, train yards, refineries, chemical manufacturing facilities, seaports, truck yards and allows to read DOT number, rail car numbers or container numbers on a high speed moving objects (up to 75 MPH). Video frame, which is kept in the database contains wagons image and even its consignment in case of open platform wagon type.
