Connected to a remote back office via an LCD screen and video camera, the Visisys facial capture and recognition technology will identify and log in the guest, as well as create or update their personalized profile. With the facial recognition technology, remote operators will access client profiles and serve each guest accordingly without having to ask for a name or ID.
