UK Investors, US Inc. and UKI Foundation, Inc. appreciate this opportunity to present our current Water Relief Program to you.

We have had the pleasure of working with Ms. Patricia Gavin of Scrimp, LLC, a Dallas, Texas-based limited liability firm and Mr. Clyde Lovingood.

Our goal is to ship 600,000 cases or 14,400,000 aluminum cans of water to the Haitian peoples which is enough to sustain the 400,000 people who are living in camps for a week.

UKI Foundation and UK Investors US, Inc will be coordinating with the US Southern Command, based at Ft. Meyer, via Pope Air Force Base in Fayetteville, North Carolina, and World Vision to distribute the water in Haiti.

UKI Foundation is raising $1 million to achieve this goal and the completion of our first round of funding will provide access to $50 million that can be utilized to assist the Haiti Water Relief Program. We seek to complete the $1 million required to reactive access to the funds. We have already raised $700,000 towards this goal.

Many have contributed or are in line to pledge funds or in-kind donations. Donors include Gordon Atlantic (www.gordonatlantic.com), the Business and Labor Coalition of New York (BALCONY) and we are working a "green recycling initiative" with aluminum distributors and manufacturers for a donation of $1.7 million in aluminum cans for the Water for Life relief program to be filled at Hardy Bottling Program.

UKI Foundation seeks corporate support for $300,000 to complete our access to capital.  If you or you organization would like to donate to the UKI Foundation there are a variety of ways that you can become involved:

*You or your business may retail the water and purchase it through UKI Foundation for commercial distribution and a tax benefit.

*You or your firm may donate directly to UKI Foundation for a tax deductible donation.

*You or your firm may coordianate contributions in exchange for logo recognition on the 14,400,000 cans water to be delivered to the Haitian peoples and the contribution would be fully tax-deductible.

*You or your firm may purchase a print of the Aqua Vitae artwork of Pamela Rabin and Anthony Atkins whose works will be reprinted in a limited edition signed series.  The prints are priced from $150-$300 and are tax deductible way to contribute to the Foundation and also provide for recognition of your contribution.

We invite you to log onto our guest book so that we can include you in our press release distribution and e-newsletter!  We welcome your feedback on our guest page and media queries through our press page.
